The music suggestions aren’t what I’m looking for. How do I get new ones?
To get new music suggestions, use the filters to the right of the screen to refine the music suggestions by Video Style, Music Style, Music Mood, or Music Genre.
Is the music in the subscription royalty-free?
No. The music on Studio is rights managed - not royalty-free. Studio will use its AI to find you the perfect high quality licensed music for you to use in your next project. Studio will automatically clear your music with its integrated clearance checks, this makes it easy to post directly onto social media. With Studio’s paid subscription, you have access to immediate clearing for social media.

How do I add my video edit into the Studio app?
Simply drag and drop your file into the flashing box. Check out this gif on our homepage for a visual.
Why does it take more time to add video files I shot with my iPhone?
Some video file types need to be transcoded in order for Studio to analyze and process them. Unfortunately, this includes iPhone video for the moment. We are actively working on expediting the process. If you run into any other issues, please feel free to contact us and our support team will get back to you straight away.
Can I submit music to be added to Studio?
MatchTune is not accepting new artist submissions yet, but we will be rolling this out in September 2022. If you would like to be notified when this is live, please subscribe to email updates.
